In South Beach, Pharrell Williams and Dave Grutman's The Goodtime Hotel has the aesthetic of a bach party dream. Bachelorette parties will particularly love the dinner scene, as well as another city pastime: brunching. Where to eat: The range in types of cuisine in New York alone will require a diligent reservation system as you're planning. Across the East River in Brooklyn, The Wythe Hotel, The Williamsburg Hotel and the 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge all pass the vibe check too. If the bach party theme is Gossip Girl and the group is willing to splurge, The Ritz-Carlton Central Park on the Upper East Side offers unobstructed views of Central Park with direct access to world-class shopping on Fifth Avenue. In Lower Manhattan, trendy options include the Standard East Village, PUBLIC Hotel or Sixty LES.
